The company was founded by Duilio Ciavaroli in 1964, it made the first shipping of livestock to markets Romans, a truck OM Leoncino.

Industrial growth in the Tolentino, with the opening of foundries, kilns, paper mills, has allowed the company to rapid growth and to buy FIAT 690 Titan trucks with which deliveries were made throughout Italy.
